To say that Eric went above and beyond is an understatement. I called with the craziest requests to see properties and he delivered with no hesitation. Even after closing he continues to support & has kept our best interests in mind. Eric is the BEST! We were first time home buyers, and Eric was able to walk us smoothly through the process. He found us a beautiful pocket listed house in our dream neighborhood, and helped us navigate the unique requests of the seller. His extensive knowledge of construction and homes in general was indispensable- he was able to identify potential issues in the home and help us negotiate with the seller to get them fixed. On one particular issue, the HVAC system was "examined" and "fixed" by the seller, and Eric went the extra mile for us by bringing a specialist to examine the system. The specialist saw that the system hadn't been touched in years, and so Eric lobbied the sellers to cover the costs of actually repairing it. And best of all, he's an awesome guy all around.
